On May 27, the "2025 Shandong International Friendship Cities Cooperation and Exchange Week" hosted the Governors' Dialogue, where Shandong provincial leaders and five governors from friendship provinces/states— Kazakhstan, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Hungary, and Morocco — discussed cooperation between friendship cities and local economic and social development.
